Hi friends!
Had a lovely time out in Warwick being part of the Suitcase Rummage for the Jumpers and Jazz festival.
I spent part of my childhood growing up in Warwick and it was a little bit surreal being back there and running into people who had a role to play in my life as a child.
Got to sell some art, meet some lovely new faces, and generally have a nice little road trip (My mum accompanied me and we had a nice girls weekend away)
Art is great, life is great!

A big thanks to the Rochedale Probus group for having me guest speak at their meeting this week.
I thoroughly enjoyed (i always enjoy) sharing my experiences from my work with long term unemployed adults in 2015 and discussing the implementation of art workshops I had written and developed specifically for this particular group setting.
I also shared with the group my perspective on addressing mental health with young people and the project book I created to discuss resilience and further a healthy dialogue about mental health.
